Michael Margiotta, Chairman and CEO

Michael Margiotta is an experienced healthcare executive with over 15 years experience in the industry, having served both in marketing and management leadership roles. In 2005, Mr. Margiotta founded National Digital Health Solutions and served as it's President and CEO. National Digital Health Solutions was acquired by eHealth Global Technologies in 2006. Prior to founding eHealth Global's predecessor, Mr. Margiotta served as a senior manager for a multi billion-dollar global medical device company where he was consistently ranked as one of the top sales managers globally. In addition, he founded Mediquest Pharmacy Express, which provided personalized pharmacy services to long term care facilities, nursing homes, HMOs and independently insured corporations. He holds a dual Bachelors degree in accounting and legal studies from St. John's University where he attended with a full athletic scholarship in lacrosse and football. In 2001 Mr. Margiotta founded a non-for-profit charity for abused children called Action Against Child Maltreatment (AACM) and is currently serving as the Chairman of the Board.
Ken Rosenfeld, President and CTO

Ken is an experienced healthcare information technology (HIT) industry executive, with a broad technical and business foundation. He has over 23 years of HIT industry experience. Ken ran worldwide organizations for Kodak of over 100 employees with budgets in the tens of millions dollars. At Kodak, as a worldwide business manager, he led Kodak to a market-leading position in the growing HIT Enterprise Storage and Archiving market. Ken also led Kodak's $80M PACS business to its largest market share ever, and ran Kodak's Healthcare Information Systems' global R&D organization. Ken has also spent time in a small business, having joined Cemax (a PACS company) when it had only 50 people, and took part in Cemax's growth to over 250 people, and the ultimate mergers into Imation and Kodak. Ken graduated Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelors of Science in Bioengineering and Computer Science.
Tim Fischer, Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Tim is an executive with over 15 years experience in the healthcare, data networking and marketing services industries. Over the past seven years, Tim has served in numerous capacities with Bard Peripheral Vascular (BPV). While at Bard, Tim posted the second largest one year sales growth ($1.354 M) in their history and helped grow BPV's sales force from 25 representatives to well over 100. He also was responsible for sales training, and developing and executing aggressive growth plans. In his last years with BPV, Tim also took responsibilities for the strategic launch of new products from the clinical stages to full market launch. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations and Economics from the University of Wisconsin.
Gary D. Larson, COO and General Manager, Health Information Exchange Services

Gary has been a leader in the healthcare industry for over 20 years, with broad executive management experience in healthcare imaging and information technologies. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President at Misys Healthcare Systems, where he presided over their Homecare business. Prior to that he held several key executive management positions with Eastman Kodak’s Health Imaging and Healthcare IT businesses , including leading Kodak’s participation in England’s National Programme for IT Connecting for Health initiative from 2004 through 2006. He also held the post of President and CEO of Cemax-Icon, a PACS company in northern California, as well as prior management positions with Imation Medical Imaging Systems and 3M’s Medical Imaging Systems businesses. Mr. Larson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University as well as an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
Michael A. Sciortino, Esq., Chief General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer

Michael A. Sciortino, Esq. assists eHealth Global with its general corporate legal matters, contract negotiations, and ensuring its compliance with federal and state health privacy and security laws. Prior to joining eHealth Global, Michael was in private practice as a trial lawyer with Chamberlain D’Amanda Oppenheimer & Greenfield LLP. In that role, Michael represented business entities in commercial and corporate litigation, municipalities, and represented individuals with personal injuries, labor or employment disputes, all in state and federal court. In addition, Michael is currently a Judge of the Parma Town Court in Monroe County, an Acting City Court Judge in Rochester City Court, a Judge in Rochester Teen Court and is currently President of the Monroe County Magistrates Association. Michael is also an Arbitrator with the Better Business Bureau where he assists in the resolution of commercial disputes between businesses and consumers. In 2006, Michael was a recipient of the prestigious “Up and Coming Attorney’s Award” for his dedication to the legal profession and local community. Michael lectures at various schools in Monroe County on topics including judicial process and trial procedure. Michael earned his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School, and is a graduate of the University of Rochester and McQuaid Jesuit High School.
Ben Guerrera, Controller

Ben Guerrera is an accomplished financial executive with over 18 years of experience in management accounting and financial reporting. Ben has held multiple financial positions within several world-class corporations, including Xerox and Fujifilm. Most recently, Ben was the Director of Finance for a $15 million software development division of Fujifilm. Ben has an expertise in all aspects of accounting and finance, including financial statement preparation & analysis, budgeting/forecasting, sales & income tax, and fixed asset reporting. Ben also has a strong working knowledge of ERP systems and other widely used software applications. Ben holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from SUNY Fredonia. He graduated at the top of his class and received the John F. Kennedy Award and Robert F. Rie Scholarship for his efforts.

Richard J. Dumler - Director
Richard Dumler, a partner at Milestone Venture Partners (MVP), has spent 42 years in the venture capital industry. He joined MVP in 2002 is actively involved in all of Milestone’s investment decisions. He represented MVP on the boards of directors of Premise Corporation, a developer of patient flow software for hospitals, and CareGain, developer of consumer-directed health insurance software. Each company was profitably sold to Eclipsys Corp. (Nasdaq: ECLP) and Fiserv, Inc (Nasdaq: FISV), respectively. He currently sits on the boards of eHealth Global Technologies and Worktopia. Prior investments include Kronos Corporation, Advo, and Amdahl. His prior investment experience is particularly helpful in sharing insights learned from other early stage growth companies about key marketing, operational, financial and technology decisions. Mr. Dumler received a BA from Georgetown in 1964 and an MBA from the University of Michigan in 1968.
Brian S. Model - Director
Brian Model is a Managing Director of Stonehenge Growth Capital. Mr. Model joined Stonehenge in 2000 and manages growth equity investments. Stonehenge currently has 9 active growth equity portfolio companies in New York State. Mr. Model currently serves on the Board of Directors of eHealth Global Technologies, Lumetrics, Lorica Solutions, Knovel (observer), and iCardiac Technologies (observer) and previously served on the Board of Directors of PixFusion and Medidata Solutions (observer). Mr. Model is active in the regional venture investing community, serving on the Board of Directors of the Upstate Venture Association of New York (UVANY). In addition, Mr. Model serves as co-chairman of the Columbia Business School Alumni Club of New York’s Ventures Committee and is a mentor for Columbia Business School’s Lang Fund. Mr. Model received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Duke University and has an MBA with Honors from Columbia Business School.
D. Christopher Chung, MD - Director
Dr. Chung brings his unique combination of experience to eHealth Global’s board, from being both a practicing physician and a medical industry executive. Dr. Chung is currently the Vice President of Medical Affairs and R&D for Natus Medical Inc. in San Carlos, CA, a medical device company providing products for pediatrics, neurology, and audiology. At Natus, Dr. Chung has been instrumental in the company’s dramatic growth, including active participation in its acquisition strategy. He has also been a practicing Pediatric Hospitalist at the California Pacific Medical Center, in San Francisco for the past 8 years. Previously, Dr. Chung also worked at another medical device company, Nellcor Inc. Dr. Chung has 8 patents and 10 publications/abstracts to his credit. Dr. Chung received his MD degree from MCP-Hahnemann School of Medicine in Philadelphia, and graduated with a BA in Computer Mathematics and Natural Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania
