its Board of Directors and Physician
Advisory Board

Inc., an industry-leading provider
of medical records management
services, announced today that
it has completed forming both
its Board of Directors and Physician
Advisory Board. As a result,
eHealth Global is well poised
to continue a path of strategic
growth as well as entry into
new medical market segments..
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Michael Margiotta, Chairman
Mr. Margiotta is the CEO of
eHealth Global Technologies,
Inc. He is an experienced healthcare
executive with over 13 years
experience in the industry,
having served both in marketing
and management leadership roles.
Prior to joining eHealth Global,
Mr. Margiotta was with CR Bard,
Inc.
Ken Rosenfeld, President/Treasurer
Mr. Rosenfeld is the President
of eHealth Global Technologies,
Inc. and an experienced healthcare
information technology (HIT)
industry executive, with a broad
technical and business foundation.
He has over 21 years of HIT
industry experience. Mr. Rosenfeld
was with Kodak's Health Imaging
Group, now Carestream Health,
Inc., prior to eHealth Global.
Andrea McLaren - Secretary
Ms. McLaren currently serves
as the Director of Human resources
at eHealth Global Technologies,
Inc. She brings 15 years of
combined Customer Service and
Human Resources management experience
to eHealth Global Technologies.
Dan Kerpelman
Mr. Kerpelman brings worldwide
management and executive leadership
expertise to eHealth Global's
board, with over 17 years in
the healthcare industry. Most
recently, he held the position
of CEO for SGS (Société Générale
de Surveillance), SA in Geneva,
Switzerland and prior to that
was President of Kodak's Health
Imaging Group, now Carestream
Health, Inc and a Senior Vice
President of Eastman Kodak Company
following 14 years in management
within GE Healthcare. In addition,
Mr. Kerpelman is a member of
the boards of the University
of Rochester Medical Center
and XCounter AB.
Manish Mehta, MD, MPH, FACS
Dr. Manish Mehta is contributing
his medical expertise and business
acumen to eHealth Global's board.
He is a partner and the Director
of Endovascular Services in
The Vascular Group, PLLC in
Albany, NY as well as an Associate
Professor of Surgery at Albany
Medical Center Hospital. Dr.
Mehta is also a member of eHealth
Global's Physician Advisory
Board.
Thomas M. Tortora
Mr. Tortora's financial expertise
and Internet startup experience
are a great benefit to eHealth
Global's board. He is the owner
of Tortora & Associates, Inc.
in Rochester, NY and is also
a partner and owner in two Internet-based
businesses. United Tel, LLC
and Localwire, LLC. D.
Christopher Chung, MD, FAAP
Dr. Chung is the Vice President
of Medical Affairs, R&D, and
Engineering at Natus Medical
Inc. in San Carlos, CA, and
is a Pediatric Hospitalist at
California Pacific Medical Center
in San Francisco, CA. Dr. Chung
is also a member of eHealth
Global's Physician Advisory
Board.
PHYSICIAN ADVISORY BOARD
Malur R. Balaji, MD, FACS,
RVT, ABVM is the Chief,
Division of Vascular Surgery
at Park Ridge Hospital in Rochester,
NY, and is a Clinical Associate
Professor of Surgery at the
University of Rochester.
Robert A. Hieb, MD RVT,
is an Assistant Professor of
Radiology and Surgery, Section
of Vascular and Interventional
Radiology at the Medical College
of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI.
Matthew Passalacqua, DO is the
Section Head, Interventional
and Vascular Radiology, University
Hospitals of Cleveland, Case
Western School of Medicine in
